Pearl barley is obtained from the mechanical process of partial removal of the hull of the grain. This cereal is naturally high in fiber and low in fat. It is also characterized by a low glycemic index. Pearl barley flakes can also be produced and used as ingredients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
