This is the product obtained by lightly processing the barley grain in a pearling machine. When going through the process, a grain is obtained from which the pericarp has been removed, which acquires a creamy brown color and an oval shape.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CP3<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the product obtained after the barley grain has undergone an intensive pearling process. The pearling process has different phases, where the outermost layers of the grain are gradually removed until only the endosperm is left and then polished.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
