Description

Malt with an intense aroma of cereals and bread crust that can provide deep golden to light orange colors. Excellent choice for pilsen, vienna and marzen styles. In heavily hopped beers it provides the malt and body support needed to balance hop bitterness. 

Characteristics

  • Usage up to 100% depending on beer style.
  • Color: 5.5-7.5 EBC (2.6-3.2 L)
